Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Khartoum at the Embassy of the Republic of Nigeria Federal in Sudan. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Embassy including, but not limited to, answering telephones, data entry, filing, preparing and processing correspondence, managing appointments and calendars, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks and paperwork.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
