We are looking for a Technical Superintendent, Casting to continue the journey of supporting the NZAS Casting and Logistics team in the safe and effective delivery of specialist casting functions (Ingot, Billet & Slab/Block) with a continuous improvement mindset. Equally as important to the success of supporting the operational functions is the inclusive leadership and coaching of all key members of the team, leading by example in a safety-focused manner that will encourage people to learn and develop whilst feeling supported.
