Mō te tūranga | About the role

We are looking for an Administration Officer – Enquiries to contribute to the smooth running of the Records and Information service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.

This fast-paced role has a strong focus on records management, maintaining our information database and maintaining tidy storage areas so records can be quickly retrieved when required. There are also opportunities to contribute to process improvement.
