Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: Baluwatar

Salary:17k-20k

Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience in related field

Qualification: Bachelor's running or Bachelor's completed

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Managing Correspondence: Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails. Handle outgoing mail and packages.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for executives and staff members.
• Office Coordination: Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of the reception area.
• Visitor Management: Register and guide visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to different departments such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
