Role and Responsibilities
• Guest management:
• Conduct check in and check out procedure.
• Point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Attending call outs when necessary.
• Manage guest conflicts.
• Responsible for ensuring all in-stay guests issues are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner.
• Property management:
• Consistently improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Handle owner communication and gain necessary approvals.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors
• Cost control of maintenance and management to benefit property owners.
• Handle set up of properties.
• Agree with contractors on service level agreements.
• Carry out purchasing requirements for the properties.
• Assess the market for quality suppliers and contractors and achieve competitive prices
• Manage the quality control of 3rd party contractors
• Assist in the generation of leads by meeting property owners
• Any additional tasks the business sees fit
