Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at EMDAD located in zayed diplomatic district villa 24. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. They will use their analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer support and support sales team.

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
