Compliance Administration and Assurance activities
• Overall responsibility for compliance administration and assurance functions of the business, including but not limited to:
• New Broker applications and Due Diligences
• Continuous review and follow up of o/s intermediary agreements
• Intermediary oversight and maintenance on business systems
• Monthly verification of FSP status of brokers
• Assist with Broker premium collection status
• Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) applications/administration
• Sanction screening of local and international clients
• Updating and maintenance of Gift register
• Assist representatives with CPD, FAIS requirements and Fit and Proper
• Support business with TCF requirements
• Weekly reporting and maintenance of Complaints register
