Introduction

Personal Assistant l Office Manager required to support the MD of a company based in Ballito. Will be required to fulfil the duties of Office Manager and have some experience in Accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide full PA support to the MD
• Running personal errands for the MD (shopping, dry cleaning, pharmacy collections, etc)
• Diary management
• Organising meetings
• Preparing reports
• Assisting with golf days
• Travel arrangements – flights, car hire, accommodation
• Ensure good housekeeping of office
• Ensure that all documents are filed and easily accessible
• Handle the MDs expense claims
• Arrange and coordinate client functions

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric
• Previous experience working as a PA supporting the MD
• Happy to be contacted after hours should the MD require assistance
