Resposibilities:
• Plan annual sales and gross profit targets and budgets.
• Implementing marketing strategies and programs. Analyze competitive landscape, trends, and results.
• Establish the sales plan by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for key accounts and other new accounts, projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Develop plans to acquire new customers, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and B-to-B visits.
• Manage sales volume, product mix, and selling prices by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competition.
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and work and following up on work results.
