Job Description

What you will do

Plan and execute collection strategies to drive collection performance and optimize expenses through digital and non-digital collection channels

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of collection agents and other collection tasks such as loan restructuring, litigation and NPL sales

Monitor collection performance from each channel, analyze, and propose actions to achieve target

Use data-driven approach to perform an ad-hoc analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot performance

Forecast and track collection expenses to ensure that expenses are within the budget

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, finance, or related fields

3 - 5 years of experience in collection or consulting roles

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset
