Job Title: Project Manager (Civils)

Location: Belfast/Antrim, Northern Ireland

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with flexibility)

Working From Home (1 day per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the engineering department of an engineering aerospace Department.

Seeking a Project Manager (Civils) to join the team in delivering key infrastructure projects.

Job Duties
• Manage design, delivery, and commissioning of building projects.
• Develop plans for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with tender and pre-construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against targets and prepare project reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and ongoing monitoring.
• Undertake post-project reviews and incorporate learnings into future projects.
