Job Description

HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be working alongside a well known cyber security firm looking for an End User Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional remote end-user and systems support.
• Manage cases and queues using ServiceNow.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their support needs.
• Quickly resolve cases or escalate to appropriate teams.
• Take ownership of cases and ensure client-confirmed resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for task automation to improve efficiency.
• Document support solutions and client environments.
• Participate in assigned projects.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support.
