Rainey MAPAL are looking for a part time Accounts Clerk to work in their busy office in Lisburn. Approximately 16 hours per week (flexible)

The scope is to support the financial functions in relation to:
• Managing day to day accounts tasks, including data entry, reconciliations and the processing of financial transactions
• Maintenance of accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments & receipts.
• Prepare & submit VAT returns and assist with month end and year end closing procedures
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts & other financial reports
• Work closely with customers and colleagues to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
• Petty cash reconciliation & processing of expenses.
• Close liaison with our office in UK regarding insurances, private healthcare & leasing contracts for vehicles, office equipment, mobile phones etc
