This is an administrative role responsible for providing administrative and clerical support (including other admin related activities) to the Logistics Manager.
Educational requirements
• National Senior Certificate - Grade 12
• Any level of tertiary qualification
• Own reliable transport
Experience requirements
• Proven work experience as a admin clerk or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
General competence required
• Excellent communication (written, verbal)
• Fluent in English (essential) and Xhosa (preferable)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Very responsible, hardworking and dedicated
• Organised and able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
• Customer and service focused with high attention to detail
Key performance areas
• Send emails and answer and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages to the relevant manager(s) and providing information to clients.
