For driving and achieving sales volumes, distribution, pricing, stock pressure and forwarding display objectives in accordance with expected standards.

Volumes and Market Shares

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets

Identify volume opportunities

Identify new potential outlets

Identify problem areas and implement corrective steps

Manage pricing as per standards

Monitor opposition activity and implement reactive and proactive steps

Achieve Availability Targets

Market Share targets reached

Monthly, quarterly and annual targets achieved

Volume opportunities clearly identified and taken advantage of

Problem areas accurately identified and effectively dealt with

Pricing managed in line with company guidelines
