Our client in the insurance space is looking for an experienced salesperson who is strategic and result-driven to be a Sales Manager focused on growth, and distribution management and maintaining business relationships in the Queenstown area.

Key Responsibilities
• Grow the Value of New Business
• Implement and maintain a sales strategic plan, to ensure that the team meets its set targets
• Maintain a minimum enforce book growth of 1% a month
• Manage average premium performance of Financial Advisors/Brokers
• Manage the withdrawal performance
• Monitoring of collection persistence
• Oversee the team’s management of business retention

Distribution Management
• Develop a plan to penetrate markets and diversify Products as per set target
• Drive performance achievement in line with set target per market
• Drive and maintain stakeholder Relationships within set boundaries.
