Job Purpose

Execute the local sales plan (quantity, cash and profitability) through the development of existing customers and work to build a new customer base and develop the members of his/her sales team.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve distribution objectives and growth
• Follow-up on results and analysis of the Territory's achievements
• Execution of a territorial sales plan (quantity - cash)
• Horizontal expansion by building a customer base
• Commitment to market visit plan
• Adherence to the routine of meetings with the sales team
• Work on the development of sales team members
• Participate in the marketing activities
• Adherence to sales policies

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education
• 8 years' experience in Sales preferably in the field of FMCG
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to lead by influence and drive sales results
