Manage all plant operations to achieve company’s plans, in compliance with quality standards and in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators set, fulfilling safety norms and satisfying internal customers’ needs based on the ISO standards and requirements.

Your new key responsibilities:

Manufacturing Plan Implementation

• Prepare an annual plan and budget and obtain its approval from the Head of Manufacturing.

• Ensure that the plant operations are at the top of the industry regarding line productivity and efficiency targets.

• Manage all productivity and improvement programs across the plant.

• Manage interfaces with other functions for new products, new processes, and product promotions.

• Manage budget tracking through set indicators and KPI’s and controlling any deviations.
