JOB PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. To coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the production process. The Operations Manager has the responsibility of running the entire plant of the manufacturing process.

Although the position is for an Operations Manager, the successful candidate must have the capability to progress to a General manager role within 2 years. The company is on a high growth trajectory and therefore require a well-qualified, experienced person with an excellent track record in a pressurized environment. An ambitious, results driven individual, with an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering qualification with a passion for manufacturing will be considered for the position.
