DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide quality customer service to wedding couple and guests

· Instruct and prepare couples and guests for wedding ceremony, photo shooting and reception

· Organize and conduct wedding ceremonies, photo shootings and receptions

· Assist couple and guests before/during/after ceremony, photo shooting and reception

· Attend beach/location photo shooting to guide and assist with style transition

· Clean, maintain and prepare chapel and venue appearance

· Prepare venue arrangement, props and flower delivery

· Check Daily Movement, driver assignment and staff/supplier assignment

· Check and prepare marriage certificates, chapel bag and supply arrangement

· Verify customer information and check for irregular/special request

· Inform irregular request and information to suppliers

· Control operation flow and customer movement to track schedule

· Provide translation assistance if necessary (Language Speakers only)

· Conduct civil wedding ceremony
