Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role (onsite and remote) for an Information Technology Intern at Cloud Solutionz located in St. George's. As an Information Technology Intern, you will learn critical skills to support our Information Technology services. You will work to triage and resolve support tickets, perform hardware and software installations and assist with other IT-related projects as assigned. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical IT experience in a dynamic and growing organization.

Qualifications
• Working towards a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange
