QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be a graduate of Engineering course or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in site scouting, negotiations and processing of permits.
• Knows how to drive and with driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
• Okay to do fieldworks and handle to areas of Northern Mindanao.
• Can start ASAP.

JOB OBJECTIVES
• Ensures that all new sites acquired is compliant to company standards.
• Ensures that targets for new sites and conversion sites are attained.
• Ensures accurate completion of all pre-requisite documents in securing necessary permits and licenses.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential gasoline station sites.
2. Conducts market study of all potential sites.
3. Conducts initial site assessment for both station sales potential and property ownership of the identified station.
