We are looking for an Officer-In-Charge with efficient and effective development & execution of branch planning strategies. The position provides a broad experience within Shipping/Maritime Industry and has the potential to progress further in your career.

Responsibilities:
• Leads the entire branch operation including container yard management and driving productivity & profitability of the branch. Fulfilling the commercial obligations to its customers in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• OIC must ensure compliance with maritime regulations and waterfront safety practices.
• Responsible for working with executive leadership, in container yard and vessel operations.
• In charge of staff and customer management.
• Demonstrate planning on a strategic level, and must possess leadership capabilities to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
