Job Description• Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to develop and execute the overall learning strategy for the cluster of hotels.• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and development opportunities for Heartists across various departments.• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to address identified needs and enhance Heartists' skills and competencies.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations using the designated administrative systems and files.• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and evaluation metrics, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.• Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals and objectives.• Provide guidance and support to hotel management and team on learning and development matters, serving...
