Scope: We are looking for a responsible individual to carry out Internal Sales activities. In this position you will be responsible for driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and work experience
• Grade 12
• Business management/Sales/ marketing qualification
• 2-3 years Internal Sales experience
• 3-4 years Customer Service experience
• Computer literacy is must on: Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend to incoming customer calls and incoming emails
• Process customer quotations
• Process customer purchase orders and invoices
• Attend to customer queries
• Assist the Sales Rep with customer quotes and walk in customers
• Communicate with dispatch with regards to customer special requests for delivery
• Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.
• Assist with Adhock tasks
