Position Title: Upstream & Downstream Production Manager (Flexible Packing)

Location: Khao Yoi, Phetchaburi

Working Day: Monday – Saturday

Working Time: 08.00 – 17.00

Overview:

As the Upstream & Downstream Production Manager specializing in Flexible Packing, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from the initial stages of raw material processing (upstream) to the final packaging of products (downstream). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of the production line, as well as managing a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies to optimize upstream and downstream processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

Operational Management: Directly manage the daily operations of both upstream and downstream production areas, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
