Role & Responsibility

1. Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability, and improve employee safety.

2. Take a lead role in plant design and equipment selection

3. CAD Design of machines and tools for the industrialization of our processes and products.

4. Develop and recommend new technologies to improve existing manufacturing methods that will increase efficiency, decrease cost and improve quality

5. Supervise processes in detail and prepare the implementation plans to ensure the qualities are met.

6. Resolving day- to- day technical problem on the production line and ensure no any issues from the designed production processes.

7. Assisting and coaching the factory team to manage and improve the manufacturing performance according to the methodology recommended.

8. Managing projects including training and guiding plant engineering and manufacturing team members.
