Job DescriptionRole will support the Project team with collecting data, data entry, data cleanses, data management within the ERP system.Maintaining the ERP system, specifically contributing to data integrity.Input project time sheets.Providing administrative support and minute taking in relation to project meetings.To maintain effective working relationships with other company departments, external agencies and customer representatives.Provide executive assistance to M55 Project Manager.Diary management for subcontractor meetings, providing refreshments and following visitor management process.Review documents for spelling, grammar, presentation.Issue and record requisitions and purchase orders.Monitor project progress against standards and targets/milestones.Monitor alignment of project schedule to the change register and budgets / forecasts.Recording lessons learned.To assist with other activities as required.Responsible for data input into IFS.Responsible for keeping project...
