• Minimum 10 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance.
• Qualification: a diploma or degree in engineering.
• Preferably from Palghar or a nearby area; otherwise, relocation is required.
• Deep knowledge of projective, preventive breakdown of injection molding machines & utility equipment’s.
• Must work with utilities like chillers, compressors, EOTs, AHUs, and dehumidifiers.
• Installation & commissioning of IMM and support equipment’s.
• Strong problem-solving ability with why-why analysis & root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Understand & read hydraulic, electric, & pneumatic drawings.
• Must prepare & maintain ISO-related documents.
• Preparation machine history card.
• Preparation of monthly / yearly budgeting & cost-saving analysis.
• Maintenance & repair of the HRTC hot-runner system of molds.
• IMM processes knowledge.
• Should maintain a Harmonics capacitor bank.
