• Build up an excellence system culture with excellence system methodology coaching & workshop facilitation to function managers and shopfloor employees.
• Definition and execution of SQDCP improvement projects. Definition of goals, creation of plans to reach the goals. Lead process improvement projects as direct resource with excellence system (lean, TPM, 6-sigma tools)
• Train and coach functional managers and excellence system Pillar and Foundation leaders on supporting CI Projects and Methodology
• Lead the process of “BestPractice Sharing” management internally and externally, coordinate horizontal expansion, and take full advantage of group strength.
• Perform process audits, support 5S/Visual Management, / Standardize work/TPM activities in the plant;
• Support/conduct training on excellence system (TPM, lean & 6-sigma) tools
