Job Title: QC Engineer – Fitness Industry – Palghar ( Wada- Factory)

Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for ensuring that the product & services provided by a company meet the required standards
• To develop and implement quality assurance plans, test products and services
• To ensure they meet the required standards, and report their findings management.
• To analyse the problem & solve the issue.
• To implement all quality standards for smooth operation and good quality equipment’s.
• Meet to vendors and discus issues and improving quality actions.
• Conducting meetings with each production mangers to improving quality.
• To prepared quality charts and awareness of 5S to whole department.
• To conduct meeting with internal and external auditor.
• Stage wise inspection- Record keeping & document inspection.- Inward material inspection with required standard quality, preparation of documents.
