Under the general supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating the requirements of signed sales contracts with related areas.
• Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Operates the account management system
• Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by designated Managers
• Creates lead bookings to trace for future business
• Contacts and arranges the entertainer services needed for functions
• Responsible for sending out the Post-Event Critique form with Thank You Letter at the end of each event
• Handles incoming telephone calls
• Maintains close coordination with respective department heads on any unusual requests from client / decision makers
• Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of designated Events Managers
