Boxer Superstores, one of South Africa's leading retailers with approximately 500 stores nationwide, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Clerk to report into the Group Payroll Manager. As an HR Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to administrate the provident fund.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
• 3-year BCom or HR Degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP experience advantageous
• NMG Portal experience advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Good people skills

Duties and Responsibilities
• Withdrawals:
• Submit withdrawals online
• Compile supporting documents
• Manage and resolve queries
• Retirements:
• Refer to retirement schedule
• Compile and send out retirement letters
• Hand input to payroll
• Section 14 Transfers:
• Liaise with NMG
