Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. This role requires a combination of administrative tasks and telesales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who has excellent customer service skills and enjoys a varied workload. It is a hybrid position requiring a self-equipped workstation with a personal computer and a reliable internet connection from home, with occasional in-person meetings at our Westville office.

What you will do:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions by updating client information on our Dealer Gateway system.
• Check that Sales Billable tasks are worked on in a timeously manner and that feedback is loaded on the tasks.
• Telephonic client communication regarding Smart Manager essentials and onboard them effectively.
• Support Key Account Managers and the Head of Sales by managing the Booking app to identify new clients and prospects.
