Quality system engineer

Responsibilities
• Preparation of quality management documents and facilitation of their preparation.
• Performing the administrative tasks of the quality management system.
• Supporting the work of the quality manager and the quality assurance team.
• Facilitating the professional training of employees.
• Monitoring and follow-up of deadlines and records.
• Preparation of reports in accordance with management instructions.
• Archiving quality certificates.
• Handling Hungarian and English letters and professional materials from partners.
• Monitoring and reporting on changes in the legal and standard environment.
• Quality System document management, change management.
• Preparation of the necessary data and files for the various reports, as well as preparation of specific reports in accordance with the instructions according to the needs of the company and partners.
• Contributing to compliance with GMP regulations.
