management reports and cash flow reports, with proficiency in using HCSS Access software. Day to day of the role:

Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.Generate comprehensive cash flow reports and forecasts to support financial planning.Ensure data integrity within the HCSS Access system and other financial databases.Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and financial controls.Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.Provide support and financial insights to aid decision-making across the organisation.
