The Gore District Council is looking for a new Capital Projects and Assets Manager, to lead the delivery of the Council’s 3 Waters capital projects and asset management through the development of project briefs and plans, preparing tender documentation, and engaging and leading external consultants to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective projects.

Our ideal applicant will be an experienced project or asset manager with knowledge of project or asset management frameworks, systems, and practices and will have excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
