Ensure all products/goods/materials are batched off to the highest quality and on time as per PPG Whitford UK Shop order schedules.

Main Responsibilities
• Assist Production and batch off teams in decanting raw materials into relevant SKU’s as per customer orders.
• To follow all shop order instructions and print/label drums as per instructions.
• To follow all shop order instructions and filter/weigh materials as per instruction.
• To advise ASAP on any of the quality issues/shortages of finished goods, consumables, and packaging to the Production Manager/Shift Managers.
• To clean vessels in readiness for the next manufactured product.
• To load pallets in a safe manner and put away in the correct location(s) as per the instructions.
• To assist to continually improve/advise on all procedures in the Work areas.
• To ensure responsibility for your FLT/Reach trucks safety and the daily checks.
