Brunel is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to work with one of our clients on Georgetown, Guyana.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistical aspects of personnel deployment and movement within the Client Base. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of personnel, ensuring timely arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate records of assignments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Changes: Work with our clients to coordinate the exchange of Crew Members on board their fleet. This includes having the crew stamped either in or out of the country.
• Arrangements: Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other travel logistics for personnel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to organizational policies.
