We are currently looking for a Legal Advisor/Attorney to work in a permanent position with one of our clients in Georgetown (Guyana), an international consulting firm specialized in legal, tax and business advisory and litigation, particularly to the main companies of the Oil & Gas sector:

This role involves providing contractual advice and multijurisdictional legal guidance to Oil & Gas companies.

Main responsibilities and requirements:
• A legal advisor/attorney at law with five years minimum of professional experience.
• Languages: English is a prerequisite, Spanish would be a plus
• Sector Experience: Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience across corporate law and tax law. Experience in Hydrocarbon law is desirable but not mandatory
• Work Background: Ideally from top-tier/international law firms.
• Personality: The candidates must be motivated, flexible, have an international mindset, and be able to work autonomously.
