Objectives:
• Implement and oversee the production strategy as outlined in the 2024 company objectives map, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Hold primary accountability for achieving production targets, optimizing equipment efficiency (OEE), and controlling expenses related to the injection molding process.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and corporate requirements.
• Lead initiatives to promote continuous improvement, particularly in areas of health and safety within the injection molding department.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the success and efficiency of injection molding operations, in line with the 2024 strategy and objectives map.
• Report on production matters promptly and accurately, adhering to prescribed formats.
