Objectives:
• Develop and Implement Sales, Marketing and Price Strategy, by Region and SBU;
• Plan, Direct and Measure the effectiveness of the Target Markets;
• Prepare Rolling Sales Forecasts and Actions;
• Administration;
• Develop to ensure continuous improvement, succession planning and Regional cover.

Actions:
• Conduct a Market Assessment;
• Develop a GANT format action plan with timeframe, indicating a rolling sales penetration plan;
• Measure the effectiveness of this plan, including volume and margin growth;
• Business Development Objectives, Sales, Marketing and Selling Price programmes and policy;
• Supply Chain coordination to confirm stock viability and requirements;
• Reporting against targets with sound gap strategic thinking and action plans;
• By manufacturing line, to include margin analysis and variance reporting to 1 above;
• Liaise with Mancom to ensure customer expectations are met.;
• Market communication to Mancom to ensure maximum benefits are achieved;
