Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant at Somaliland Road Development Agency-RDA located in Hargeisa District. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. They will also oversee the preparation of financial statements, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Chief Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic financial advice to the management team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
