International Finance Manager (IFM) - Somaliland and Ethiopia

Location – Hargeisa, Somaliland (with travel to cover both countries).

Salary – up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Contract - Permanent, Full-Time
About Us

We at HALO are seeking an experienced finance manager to fulfill the International Finance Manager (IFM) role covering our Somaliland and Ethiopia programmes. The position will contribute directly to supporting the programme manager in the management of financial risks across the programmes, through the effective, efficient delivery of standard financial operating procedures and the training/capacity building of local finance teams.

About the Role

The IFM is a member of the programme's senior management team and is responsible for the programme’s finance department.
