Main Purpose Of The Job

Responsible to deliver on all operational activities related to Exports, Port Operations and Imports, liaising with services providers, ensuring that all shipments are executed efficiently and cost effectively

Operations And Invoicing

Execute the logistics processes, to ensure Forwarding agents needs are met in a timeous manner.

Ensure compliance with the countries customs, shipping regulations, quality requirements and safety procedures.

Prepare shipping documentation for custom purposes.

Execute and organise all activities related to the logistics for customers.

Freight Forwarding in respect of specific transport movements.

Ensure that all Forwarding Agents requirements are met to the service level agreed and proactively communicate any potential issues.

Provide quick and responsive service.

Ensure that all quality, safety and environment system controls are complied with.
