About the Role

Based at our Tauhara branch, the Customer Services Officer takes calls and answers emails in support of our customers checking in on their parcel deliveries. As part of a team well-versed in service excellence, you’ll also collaborate with our operations team and courier drivers in locating parcels, working towards the shared goal of ensuring our customers’ freight is getting where it needs to be.

This is a fixed-term role expected to complete in March 2025.
