Basic Qualifications

This is to invite applicants for the following position in Helena Z Benitez National Program and Training Center (HZB NPTC) located in Calamba Road, Sungay East, Tagaytay City:

 Preferably with Girl Scouting background;

 With relevant work experience (at least three (3) years in supervisorial/managerial capacity);

 With strong leadership, managerial, and analytical skills;

 Results oriented, innovative, and service oriented;

 Highly dependable, persevering, and able to relate well with people;

 A team-player, and can work well with intergenerational groups;

 Must be creative in developing solutions to management challenges, and is able to quickly develop comprehensive and systematic solutions to these challenges;

 Can work under pressure and is willing to work long hours;

 Excellent in oral and written communication; especially in writing report;
