Our client has a wonderful opportunity for an engaging Client Liaison to join their dynamic e-commerce team. The successful candidate will help us grow and improve our operations in Cape Town. Our team is driven, takes initiative, and is always looking for ways to improve and optimise our operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Provide general support to our operations and customer service teams.
• Liaise closely with the e-commerce coordinator to assist with administrative tasks.
• Answer customer queries telephonically and per email.
• Assist with management of orders placed through our online shop.
• Follow up throughout the order fulfilment process to ensure successful delivery.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements
• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
• A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of customer service.
