Becoming People&Culture Manager will give you the real impact on creating and delivering HR strategy to guarantee the success of a Primark Timisoara store in Iulius Town shopping mall. You will be part of the leadership team and will work in close partnership with the Store Manager and Store Management team.

Your Role:
• Lead all aspects of the HR processes in the store: recruitment, learning and development, payroll and time and attendance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to meet business objectives through making best use of the whole P&C function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team.
• Taking care of a good atmosphere and communication in the store.
