TRAINEE /ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Vredendal

Purpose of the role the Trainee Assistant store Manager is a Trainee role, the Trainee must be willing to assist as relieving manager for Springbok,Calvinia,Vredendal

The trainee must also be willing to spend a month away from home for extensive training at the Learning centre in Cape Town.

The role is a development role to become a branch manager

Atlantic Division

Requirements:

 Must have matric (grade 12) senior certificate,

 Minimum 2 years Retail Management /Supervisory/2IC Experience of

which 1 years was preferably in a furniture retail environment.

 Demonstrate customer care and staff management skills.

 Be able to manage and motivate a sales team and exceed targets.

 Be able to prove above average cash, credit, and stock control results.

 Must have a valid driver’s license.
